Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at SLA Cabinets.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where the product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect. Please make sure you email us the pictures of the defective products.

For any reason you are NOT satisfied with our products, please returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. We are ONLY able to issue a Store Credit of the cost of goods.

Store credits do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all return products must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable or give the store credit.  Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from SLA Cabinets.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
